the room was spacious and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. the pool was a big hit with my kids (they especially loved the slide). breakfast was good, and i especially liked the variety of fresh fruit.
the hotel was busy, so there was often a queue at reception.

the family room had ample space, with a king-sized bed and a separate sleeping area for the children, complete with bunk beds. fresh towels were provided daily and the room included blackout curtains, awesome for restful sleep at any time. the climate control system was quiet and efficient.

the location was good close to transport links. the fitness center had several machines for a decent workout. the staff were polite at all times.
my executive room was quite small i felt. the heated bidet in the bathroom wasn't working at all . no complimentary water was supplied to the room when i arrived i had to ask for it.
