quiet room polite staff big effort
The room was quiet. The staff gave amazing service!!! They were very polite. The hotel offered a big effort for kids, including a bouncy castle.

fantastic family stay
spacious room clean room pool slide
the room was spacious and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. the pool was a big hit with my kids (they especially loved the slide). breakfast was good, and i especially liked the variety of fresh fruit.
the hotel was busy, so there was often a queue at reception.

the family room had ample space, with a king-sized bed and a separate sleeping area for the children, complete with bunk beds. fresh towels were provided daily and the room included blackout curtains, nice for restful sleep at any time. the climate control system was quiet and efficient.

staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful in answering questions about local transportation options. the concierge provided maps and directions to nearby attractions (very handy for planning our day trips!). housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay.

i found the hotel location quite convenient. it was an easy ten-minute walk to central station. my family enjoyed the summer holiday activities. my children especially enjoyed the bouncy castle and obstacle course.

The hotel boasts a location near the train station. The staff members were polite. Breakfast featured calm music, I found this soothing. The room was clean.
The air conditioner did not work as expected. I found this disappointing. The room's decor seemed a bit outdated. There was ONE drawer available for clothing storage.

the location was good close to transport links. the fitness center had several machines for a decent workout. the staff were polite at all times.
my executive room was quite small i felt. the heated bidet in the bathroom wasn't working at all . no complimentary water was supplied to the room when i arrived i had to ask for it.
